The Full Apex Postural System will take you through 282 sessions. This program is intended to recondition your posture AND THEN strengthen it in its anatomically correct position. You will also recieve 9 months of access through our TrueCoach app to view the sessions, and exercise videos. It will also give you direct message access to the Apex coaches should you have any questions regarding your course. You will also be able to track your sessions, keep notes and much more through the app.
