With our 1 on 1 option, you get a personal coach that will guide you through the Apex Process.
The programming you receive will be optimized for your specific needs. Your coach meets with you on a weekly basis through Zoom to discuss your tracked progress and offer advice, including nutritional assistance.
You will also have the option to receive enhanced wellness tracking with Oura Ring. Your coach will look over your stats as part of your weekly progress meetings, and offer suggestions based upon them.

The one on one option gives you a higher level of accountability and the ability for more customization based on what you need, and where you're starting.
In order to get the most out of the program, you must have consistency. And for many people, having regular one on one meetings, and regular communication through email and direct messaging will ensure success.
