The Flimsy Feet Program will take you through 28 sessions. This program is intended to help common issues dealing with the feet, such as; lack of range of motion in the foot/ankle, plantar fasciitis, over supination/pronation, certain types of neuropathy and general foot weakness. You will also recieve one month of access through our TrueCoach app to view the sessions, and exercise videos. It will also give you direct message access to the Apex coaches should you have any questions regarding your course. You will also be able to track your sessions, keep notes and much more through the app.
